When a floor is coated in yellowed, worn finish, buffing just polishes the damage. We strip to bare tile, neutralize, then lay multiple thin coats of commercial finish, each one cured before the next, and burnish to a deep gloss.

It is the single most visible upgrade a commercial space can buy, and it protects the tile underneath from another year of traffic.

Timed around your business

Strip and wax needs hours of cure time, so we run it nights, weekends or holidays. You close at 9pm, you open on shining floors.
