When you request an estimate we collect the details you send: name, phone, email, business name, city and your message. Our website also collects standard analytics data such as pages visited and approximate location, used to improve the site.
To reply to your request, prepare quotes, schedule service and communicate about work you hire us for. With your consent, analytics and advertising tools may measure how our marketing performs.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate our business, such as email and scheduling tools, under confidentiality obligations.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@generationalcleaning.com. We keep lead information only as long as needed to serve you.
